• Warm golden walls, pressed tin ceilings, votive candlelight, hardwood floors, antique mirrors and a long copper planter box dividing the bar from the dining room creates a soothing atmosphere at Almond. In the spring of 2001, co-owners and childhood friends Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides opened a Parisian bistro in Bridgehampton offering bold bistro fare at reasonable prices, convivial service and an attractive dining room. After honing their skills at an array of fine restaurants on both coasts they took their combined 25 years experience and settled on the East End of Long Island, a perfect setting for Almond.
