| The food was good, however there were growths on our potatoes which took away from the eating experience. |

The pager we were given to let us know when our table was ready did not work. So we had to wait an extra twenty minutes because they had moved on to the next party. The food took a long time, and when it came, it was not the right order.
Also, my wife and I each ordered two pound lobsters, or so we thought. To my surprise, instead of seeing a whole lobster on my plate, I had half of a lobster. I did not receive a baked potatoe (until I asked), and we did not get our side salad. The lobster situation could not be resolved because as we were clarifying things, they ran out of lobster. How does a seafood restaurant run out of lobster at 7:30PM? |

The whole lobster mess detracted from our experience. Our server was obviously spread thin as we only saw him when he gave us our dinner and when we were just about finished, which was at least a good half an hour. Bottom line, it was our anniversary and we had been waiting months to eat lobster. We thought a reputable place like this could do nothing less than surpass our expectations.

Overall |
| Aside from our other significant problems, we were seated literally in a doorway where there was constant traffic. There was only one small poorly-placed table in the restaurant and we sat at it. Don't believe the hype when it comes to this place. We will never go back and the least we could do is warn others of Riverbay's glaring deficiencies. |
