 Food
Absolutely AWESOME! We frequent Bliss whenever we can. The menu changes with the seasons and is always great. The Pot Roast is a welcomed constant and a must have. The beer selection is menu appropriate and always perfect as are the wines. Don't miss out on the phenomenal desserts either.

 Atmosphere
A real Bistro, NYC feel without the trek or the noise. The bar was very pleasant while waiting for our table.

 Service
Service with a smile! I always feel IMPORTANT when there. Never neglected. Drinks are always quick.

 Value
Extremely fair priced. I always feel like I got a great value, that doesn't mean inexpensive, but totally worth my hard earned money!

 Overall
Reservations are a must for Thursday through Saturday nights. Don't miss out on this place! I honestly think this might be the best restaurant on Long Island.
